It's been quiet from us this year as we try to figure out the direction that we want to take Anak (also trying to figure out to run a business too, business tax education is your friend). We really stemmed from a spontaneous idea and we've received a tremendous amount of support from these past two years.

This little experiment of us grew into something bigger we couldn't foresee but it's only up from here. From starting with a few friends to all the community we started to create around Anak. The donation campaigns to support various grassroots efforts to having in-person vending starting at UndiscoveredSF.

This is a little reflection post as we try to continue to make more intentional product and collections. Why do our product need to exist in a hyper consumerist market and what do we add to your respective stories. Our upcoming Hiking gorp-core light collection is going to try and reflect that but more on that later.

Again just want to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for all the support from the close friends of us to the supporter internationally who've heard of us online! (ESPECIALLY if you're reading these, thank you!)
